About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our development projects. You will be responsible for ensuring quality construction, managing workers, and meeting project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years of construction supervision experience
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Ethiopia
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Project management certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
- Manage construction schedules and budgets
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts
