About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying process, from initial inquiry to final handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Addis Ababa property market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through property viewings and purchases
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Prepare and present property proposals
- Coordinate with developers and legal teams
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
